Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can use the Free plan indefinitely without a credit card. If you want to try Premium, your 7-day free trial also requires no card upfront — you'll only be asked for payment details if you choose to continue after the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access to your plan until the end of your current billing period — no partial-period refunds, but no cancellation fees either.
What's the difference between Premium and Premium Plus?
Premium Plus includes everything in Premium, plus support for up to 5 family member profiles, a higher daily AI message allowance, and priority support — ideal for households managing histamine intolerance together.
Is my health data kept private?
Yes. Your data is protected with row-level security, meaning only you can access your own health records. We never sell your data, and you can export or permanently delete it at any time from Settings.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
Your historical data is preserved. You'll lose access to Premium-only features like Trigger Fingerprint and Forecast, but your logs remain intact in case you upgrade again later.
